Jewish Food Week

This mouthwatering event promises to tantalize taste buds while supporting a meaningful cause, with all proceeds benefiting Jewish for Good's Food Pantry.

From traditional favorites to modern interpretations, Jewish Food Week offers something for every palate. Treat yourself to a taste of nostalgia with Knishes and Rugelach pre-orders from the J Café, available for pickup on May 10th.

Plus, don't miss the Jewish Food Pop-Up Market on May 10th at the Levin JCC, featuring treats from community partner vendors and surprise prizes. Indulge in delicious treats from a variety of vendors, including: Meyer Food Truck, Brandwein’s Bagels, Alyza Kitchen, Rockwood Pantry, and Mookie’s New York Deli.

Savor Jewish-inspired delicacies at local restaurants throughout the week, with proceeds supporting the Food Pantry's mission to provide critical items to local families in need. Enjoy Babka pops at Locopops, Reuben sandwiches at Durham Food Co-Op, Blueberry blintz ice cream at The Parlour, Lox sandwiches at Isaac’s Bagels, and Beet and ginger soup, Oyster mushroom and barley soup at Short Winter Soup.
Mark your calendars for two exciting events: an author talk on May 5th featuring Susan Simon and Rabbi Zoe Zak discussing their new book, "The Cook and the Rabbi," and an Israeli Wine Tasting on May 8th led by Dan Osterman of Palm Bay International.
