Introduction to Mindfulness 4-Week Course Begins

A four-week series where you will learn simple techniques for grounding that yield stress relief, improved sleep, and greater emotional stability. Designed for Gen Z and Millennials, with a focus on experiential, embodied practices. Class meets on Mondays, beginning on March 23 and ending on April 13.
