The members of Dr. Captain and the Fleet have been playing together for many years. Having met in their youth, the bandmates grew up together in and around Greensboro, NC. After pursuing various musical studies at universities around the country, the five returned home to put down roots. Finally reunited, the group immediately formed the musical project Dr. Captain and the Fleet.
