Film Screening - Inside Out

Part of the Sensory Friendly Film Series, which offers a safe and accepting environment for individuals with autism and others who identify as sensory sensitive. The series presents films in a comfortable environment once a month.

Synopsis: Riley is a happy, hockey-loving 11-year-old Midwestern girl, but her world turns upsidedown when she and her parents move to San Francisco. Riley's emotions – led by Joy (Amy Poehler) – try to guide her through this difficult, life-changing transition. However, the stress of the move brings Sadness to the forefront. When Joy and Sadness are inadvertently swept into the far reaches of Riley's mind, the only emotions left in Headquarters – Anger, Fear and Disgust – conflict on how best to navigate without them.
