Eric Williams Quintet

Eric Williams is a rising star trumpeter based in the DMV area by way of North Carolina. He leads his own group, the Eric Williams Quintet, which has appeared at festivals including the Charlotte Jazz Fest, Duck Jazz Fest, Capitol Hill Jazz Fest, and Carolina Jazz Fest. He is also a member of the United States Army’s premier touring big band, The Jazz Ambassadors as well as the Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra.

Eric has performed with Christian McBride, Sean Jones, Nicolas Payton, Ashlin Parker, Wycliffe Gordon, Ingrid Jensen, Catherine Russell, Jazzmeia Horn to name a few.
