Eliot Stein: Author Talk

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (Durham) is hosting BBC senior journalist, Eliot Stein, who will be discussing his latest book, Custodians of Wonder: Ancient Customs, Profound Traditions, and the Last People Keeping Them Alive. Stein believes in the power of curiosity, and that led him to chronicle the stories of people across the globe who are preserving remarkable cultural practices. He'll be sharing some of those stories, complete with pictures, a Q&A, and a reception/book signing. The hope is that you'll walk away with a better understanding of the wisdom of preserving beauty and wonder in our world.
