Celebrate Easter in the beautifully reimagined AAA Four Diamond Fairview Dining Room, where a spring menu crafted to surprise and satisfy marries cherished brunch traditions with the season's most vibrant flavors.

Begin your experience with exquisite selections such as Asparagus Salad with frisée, bacon lardon and sauce gribiche; classic Shrimp Cocktail accompanied by charred lemon; or Crispy Oysters presented over locally-sourced Coldwater Creek grits with candied bacon marmalade.

For the main course, savor timeless favorites including Classic Eggs Benedict; Chicken and Waffles accented with blueberry jalapeño jam and bourbon maple syrup; or Shrimp and Grits finished with white gravy and tasso. Indulge in Faroe Island Salmon complemented by thyme beurre blanc, or Burgundy Beef Short Ribs served with butter whipped potato for a rich and deeply satisfying entrée.

No Easter celebration is complete without a stop at our famed dessert table, which features carrot cake bars, chocolate raspberry macarons, cannoli mousse verrines, coconut tarts and delicate orange blossom madeleines.
