Bourbon and cured meats make a fantastic pairing, with the sweetness and warmth of the bourbon complementing the savory and salty flavors of cured meats.

Consider the intensity of the meat when selecting your bourbon; lighter, delicate cured meats like prosciutto pair well with milder bourbons, while bolder cured meats like salami can stand up to spicier or more robust bourbons.

Each participant will also get the opportunity to try all our bourbons and see where our spirits are made and aged.
