Area Executive Chef Troy Stauffer and his talented culinary team present a four-course prix fixe menu that balances tradition with creativity, featuring seasonal ingredients and inspired twists on beloved classics. From tender roasted meats to inventive sides and festive desserts, each dish is crafted to delight the senses and capture the spirit of the season.

Highlights from the menu include a flavorful halibut brightened with blood orange and crispy cabbage, and Chef Stauffer’s tender prime rib served with aged cheddar duchess potatoes.

Guests will be among the first to see the Inn’s completely transformed lobby and will also take home a handcrafted holiday ornament by local artist Heba Salama, a thoughtful memento of their Christmas Eve celebration.
