Bourbon Blending Class

Join Mystic Farm & Distillery for a professionally led course on the art and science of blending bourbon. Their Broken Oak has won the Best Small Batch Bourbon under 5 years in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for both 2023 & 2024. Their bourbons have also won many other awards and accolades.

The masterminds behind this excellent bourbon will lead you through blending your very own bottle! They hand select samples from 3 barrels to bring you the best tasting experience. Through the course, you will sample these bourbons individually and work with your instructor on identifying flavors and creating blends that are unique to you and your tastes. At the end, you will take home a 375 ml bottle of your delicious and customized blend. Participants also receive a tour of the distillery, so you can see where and how they make the bourbons you will try.
