Actors Improv Theater presents "Word Jazz"

Inspired by Ken Nordine’s eponymous 1957 album, Word Jazz is comprised of scenes based on improvised monologues and live music by a quartet. Spontaneous songs and even standards also figure into the mix, all initiated by audience suggestions.

Actors Improv, formerly known as Transactors, is the longest-running improvisational theater in the South.
