“A Toast to the West Coast” Wine Dinner

Mark your calendar for an unforgettable culinary experience next month! Their signature Specialty Dinner series returns with A Toast to the West Coast, a fresh take on seasonal flavors and expertly paired pours.

From the sun-drenched vineyards of California to the misty valleys of Oregon and the rolling hills of Washington, this multi-course menu is a journey through the West’s most celebrated wine regions.

The evening will begin with a delicate Chawanmushi featuring Dungeness crab, lobster mushroom, and uni. Next, savor a coastal classic — Cioppino with halibut, mussels and anise, followed by delicious Pork Collar with tonnato, chanterelle mushrooms, and caper berries. A luscious mascarpone cheesecake with hazelnut will cap off the incredible evening.

Expect bold reds, crisp whites and a few surprises along the way — all in the refined setting of the newly re-imagined Vista Restaurant.

The dinner includes wine pairings. Seats are limited. Reserve your table via OpenTable by September 9 to experience this unforgettable coastal culinary journey.
