KB Brown was very helpful and made our experience at this location a great one. We will definitely be coming back after tonight. This location was fast and clean, and not only felt safe but was also kid and family friendly.

Durham NC is where I've grown up most of my childhood, and pretty much my adult life. Zaxby's is my favorite place to eat, as far as fastfood. When I travel alone or with my family they all know we've got to find a Zaxby's for "mama" ♥️. So with that being said, IN MYYYY opinion Durham Zaxby's (BEN FRANKLIN BLVD) IS GREAT AND THE BEST IN ALL CATEGORIES!). Nothing negative. Only 1 time and I let it go😊. It was a little minor issue with a young employee that couldn't figure out how to use my rewards at the drive thru, he didn't TRY. I thought as I drove away that either he wasn't trained properly or just 1 of those "bad apples" that chose the wrong job for him bc I never saw him again🤔other than that, I will recommend that ZAXBY'S any day of the week!!

This Zaxby’s is hands down one of the best locations I’ve visited. The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly right. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The employees are consistently friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. You can tell they take pride in their work and in keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great food and even better service!

They were truly amazing, even though they were about to close they still took my order and everything was amazing!! I ordered the loaded fries and it was top notch especially for my first time trying them, thank you to Daija the girl who took my order and made my frozen strawberry lemonade, it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back!!

The food, is always fresh and hot, the staff are always very respectful, establishment is always clean, the noise level is very moderate..I literally go here, 4-5 days a week. Can't get enough of the family friendly atmosphere. I, never write reviews, yet, to not give this zaxby's location it's due respect,
would be to neglect the acknowledgment of a great team that always hits the mark. For, the people that gave a 1 star review, I, totally think, that, you had to be the problem..

This is my “go to” Zaxbys. They are very friendly and have great service. Never gotten my order wrong and always helpful with my “not knowing” on my “order online” assistance.

Second time here I was amazed how good the food and the service was the first time was back in 2014 I didn’t like it so me and my wife with our daughter (2yrs old) decided to give it a try we was more then amazed of the flavors and hospitality here the cashier was amazing the manager was beyond amazing too staff like this and food quality is what everyone looks for when some one goes to a restaurant great job keep it up definitely going there more now

I have to give a huge shoutout to Joe at Zaxby’s! Every single time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He’s always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cares about the customers. You can tell he takes pride in his work — from how he handles the food to how he treats everyone with kindness and respect. It’s rare to find that kind of great energy these days, but Joe brings it every time. Thanks for making each visit such a great experience! Zaxby’s is lucky to have him!

Awesome, customer service! LOVEEE this location. Manager offered me a fresh chocolate cookie while I waited on a DoorDash. This place feels like a big family in terms of how they greet you.

Great service, hot food. The manager was very nice and helpful. After we finished eating he even came out to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything else.
