We are In the 'middle' of purchasing a boat from WaterWorld. Although we have not picked up / taken ownership of our boat as of yet - I wanted to give a shout out to David K and the extended Waterworld team for the extremely positive customer service experience we have had thus far in the transaction. David has gone over/above in thoroughly answering our detailed questions, sharing his expertise and educating us on options/details with very quick response time. We truly feel like David wants us to know everything about our boat, feel good about our decision, get a quality product and enjoy the boat for years to come. Refreshing to deal with a sales team that partners with you throughout your purchase. We will update our review again once the purchase is complete.

Was so happy to discover this shop, while a bit off the beaten path it’s worth the visit if you are looking for quality gear or knowledgeable people to help with dive planning. Great shop and look forward to booking future trips/returning.

All I can say is THANK YOU to Gregg Scofield and his wonderful service!! We were stuck on Memorial Day Weekend...and he really helped us with the battery and the correct hook up to get the boat back to working order!! Thanks again to Gregg...what a life saver!!
