I'm so impressed the food is delicious...Awesome!!! Thank God we have a good soulfood restaurant. Keep up the good work. One note the the place is clean good customers service. The floor was sticky more than likely someone popped the floor with the wrong chemicals.

My husband & I ate here today he got the hamburger scramble over mashed potatoes , and i got the wing dinner with string beans & mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was a bit salty , so i switched that out with more green beans. The customer service was excellent , and it was not a long wait at all. My food was hot & fresh , and I will be back with family & friends. If you want soul food this is the place to come to!!!!!!!

First visit and I'll definitely be back. Best cornbread I've ever had! Small black owned business with friendly staff, welcoming environment and clean bathrooms.

Low key location, but amazing food and awesome staff. If you want home cooking this is your jam. If you eat here for lunch just make sure to schedule in an afternoon nap. So good.

My kitchen is being renovated at the moment. My husband and I didn't want fast food. We googled near by soul food, ordered lunch and it was delicious. So much so that we ordered for dinner as well. We were very impressed. To top it all off, the delivery option is a plus! It's hard to find made from scratch tasty food all in one. Great, great food!

I ordered catering today for a important client meeting lunch and the food was amazing! The clients liked it so much they asked me to print out the name and address of the restaurant. The fried chicken and corn bread were the favorites. Best fried chicken in town!

Food is awesome and staff is very nice. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter which was seasoned perfectly, with sweet potato and Mac as my side. My son also had the fish platter with fries and green beans, which he loved! He is a very picky eater and he approves!

Soul food isn’t just a American tradition it’s a way of life that ties deep roots to the south. If you want home cooked food that tastes amazing then you have come to the right place. From the Mac n cheese and cornbread to the fried pork chops and collards, I can’t praise this establishment enough. The oxtails are tender and hearty and the chicken is delicious. My favorite has to be the fried shrimp! They are flavorful, seasoned to perfection and not like any other shrimp I’ve eaten before. Oh, and one of the best banana puddings in the south, so if you haven’t been to V’s Kitchen yet then your missing out!

The food was AMAZING........I had a chicken wing dinner . Sweet potato , cabbage & collards mix, and Mac and cheese. The mac&cheese was a tad salty but still flavorful . Even the roll was bomb . All in all it was great . I’ll be back

I ordered the fried pork chop with green beans, mac and cheese, and cornbread through Uber Eats. Everything was fresh and delicious! 😋 It is definitely well seasoned but I didn’t mind. I really hate that it’s not open on the weekend when my parents visit and we’re looking for a place to have a soulful dinner.
