Unleashed got its start as a mere stand at the NC State Fairgrounds Marketplace. Now, they have three locations across Durham, so you can shop awesome pet products no matter which side of town you're on.

Very good toys and treats for my cats. One ingredient, and the boys love them. Allie was great and gave lots of recommendations.

We had the best, most friendly worker help us when we went on Father’s Day. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so nice and patient with my family (especially my young son) who had lots of questions about the products in the store. We will be back. Thank you!

Just visited the location in Durham at Southpoint and not only was I incredibly impressed with the selection, but with the knowledge of the store's staff. I was assisted by Allie who was professional, kind, and helped me find some chews for my dog that will actually last him as well as some tips for other fun, boredom busters. Can't wait to check out the other locations. Will be going back for sure!

Visited Unleashed's location at South Point mall today. Amazing selection of products! Also amazing employees. Katie was excellent and gave us awesome recommendations. We cant wait to see how our furbabies react to their new treats! Also signed up for the frequent buyers rewards because I know we will be back. 😀

One visit and you’ll be a life long customer too! They have absolutely everything, if it’s just for essentials or to spoil your babies absolutely rotten, they have it. What really sets this place apart is the customer service, Allie and her floofy assistant Brûlée seriously deserve a raise! They were incredibly kind and well informed, and obviously cared about my kitties just as I do. You can’t buy that. I was also informed that this location is only their smaller, more limited store?? Allegedly their stand alone location has an even wider range of products and services, so stay tuned for my next review because I’d be crazy not to go check it out.
