I posted a very bad review 2 weeks ago because frankly it was warranted. But we decided to come back and give it another try, but only because the manager gave us a $100 gift certificate for our horrible experience. We were so worried it would be another bad experience.
But it was like night and day. This time our sever, Terry, was wonderful and attentive. Our drinks and food came quickly and were delicious. I'm sorry I didn't get the waiter's name from 2 weeks ago because we saw him in the restaurant again this time. Hopefully he has received more training so nobody has to go through the truly terrible service and food we received last time.
This location has redeemed itself. Glad we gave it another try. -
What a night! Perfect anniversary celebration down to the details with the Ultimate 5 Course Expereince. Food was great, as usual, drinks were amazing and Jeff... He was the Man! Best server I have had there and made the experience memorable. Looking forward to having that experience again.

Overpriced and understaffed. Be prepared to spend 2-4 hours doing dinner if you come here. We had a reservation for 6 and didn't leave until 9. Our server was nice but wasn't around to switch us to our next course or check on us enough. The food was alright but overpriced for what you got, and the meat/veggie prices were all way too large to cook in a timely fashion, so you had to wait around 5 min between each bit. Wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than just cheese or just dessert, and even that would be incredibly pricey. We got 2 of their complete experience for 2 for 5 people and had plenty of food but it was $300 including tip. I would suggest getting hot pot or Korean barbecue if you want to go somewhere that you get to cook you food yourself over this place.

We had an absolutely amazing time! Food was fantastic and it was such a cool experience. When making the online reservation, we noted it was our anniversary. They brought us to the back where there was a little pod with a curtain for privacy. It was so cute and romantic. The only thing we had a problem with was the entree portion. We picked the cast iron grill for our cooking style, but that was probably user error. Overall, had a great experience and can not wait to do it again!

Hadn’t been to a Melting Pot in 20 years. This was wonderful. Sooo much food. That 1st course was a dream. Melted seasoned cheese with a variety of breads and vegetables. I could of just eaten this & left happy. The salad were fresh & delicious. We went with the fusion entrees & it was very generous. We were full but no way are we saying no to melted chocolate with Oreo marshmallows and cake bites. Every course was pretty perfect. Our waitress was professional & attentive & friendly.
