I went to Maggie twice for senior pictures and she did a great job! She's very kind and accommodating and she makes sure you love your hair. The blowdry/flat iron style lasted for a long time and the relaxer looks amazing! Highly recommend.

I was recommended to go to Maggie by my sister and of course my sister did not steer me wrong. I have had natural hair for 5 years which I have taken care of on my own. I was looking for a stylish up do for me wedding. Maggie did an incredible job on my hair with a great wash, conditioning my hair which also included a steam treatment. She then gave me a silk press(which I had never had before) and then curled my hair. She worked with hair to decide on a style I would like for my wedding. My hair felt like silk! I was very impressed with her hair expertise. I am way beyond satisfied and I know my hair will look fabulous for my wedding.

This weekend was my first time visiting Maggie. I absolutely love my hair. The color came out great and my hair is so soft. Been trying to manage my natural hair for years and not getting the results I want. Maggie is very knowledgeable about the health of your hair. The customer service was fabulous! Never have walked in a beauty salon and immediately got service! Looking forward to my next visit.

Maggie is knowledgeable of all hair issues and tailors her products and services to client needs. I've had her do my relaxer more than once and she's outstanding. Maggie is an outstanding stylist, as well as a warm and caring person. She is a real pleasure to work with. I trust her with my hair when I am in Durham, and highly recommend her.

I was in Durham for a visit and needed to get my hair done. I simply googled salons with good reviews and found the Lather Lounge and I was not disappointed! Maggie was amazing. She focused both on the health of my hair and also styled it perfectly. She also gave me great advice! She is very kind and personable. I absolutely recommend the Lather Lounge!
