Such a great community. Every class I have taken has really pushed me and seems adoptable to every strength level. Highly recommend! Chan knows every name that walks through her door. All the instructors are skilled, professional, and fun. I have several gyms closer to my house but this one is absolutely worth the 15 minute drive.

I did not know what to expect my first time here. Now, I look forward to every work out. The environment is amazing and the staff are even better. Positive vibes and music. Highly recommend!
