Great food. We were looking for somewhere to eat and we were starving. We came across this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quick service, good food, and fun decor. If you’re in the Durham area of North Carolina and you’re looking for a great restaurant, come here. You definitely won’t be sorry.

My family and I stop by here all the time for the lunch buffet. Everything is fresh and the buffet take-out prices are very reasonable.

Great variety & well-prepared dishes. I love the curry dishes thrown in with typical Chinese buffet foods. The Tim Yum soup is always good.

Food is very good. Come around when the place opens to experience fresh food when it comes out hot.

Recently got take out from these folks and they are officially now my go to take out Thai in the area. Drunken Noodle was outstanding and the red curry was super spicy even at medium level. Summer rolls are still amazing. Portion sizes are generous and ingredients are fresh. Forget Thai Lanna, Thai Café, and Asian Kitchen. They don't have anything on this place. Bua Thai is another great choice in the area but Thai China Buffet prices and portions are better, and they are just as tasty. Décor is worn so I would pass on dinning in during the evening hours. Highly recommend them for lunch buffet or take out for dinner.

This is a stellar buffet. The food is fresh, you don’t have to worry about it getting cold. The food is great. The variety is on point. If you are vegetarian; you will find great options. Most of my meals are vegetarian. The service is really good. I eat there at least three times a week. This is a buffet worth checking out if you have not been there.

As a Lover of all things Buffet, I highly recommend Thai China! They obviously take special care in the food preparation to avoid the typical buffet stigmata. The egg roll layers were as thin and delicate as the finest Baklava this side of the Mediterranean, all kidding aside they were really good! All of the chicken dishes had tender juicy morsels of chicken, not the typical rubbery overcooked buffet slop I am accustomed to. I also recommend you go when you don't have anything urgent to do that afternoon, a nap may be required after you indulge!

Not really sure why a place like this with a great variety of Thai food that all taste great, and for such a low lunchtime all-you-can-eat price, is averaging only 4.3 stars. Maybe too many haters out there? Anyway, here's my 5 stars. The fried fish chunks and Tom Yum soup are just highly addictive. Made me feel like I don't ever wanna be full.

This is my favorite everyday restaurant. I go there more than is reasonable, but I figure if Thai people can eat Thai food every day, then so can I. Everything is fresh and cooked on the spot. If you go during lunch, expect a wait though. It gets packed, but they're pretty good about keeping food coming out. Everyone that works here is super nice and friendly. Seriously, just really great food. The basil chicken is made with ground chicken, which I like better than "standard" basil chicken you can get elsewhere.

The food was amazing and priced for a great value. I had the Beef Larb (medium hotness level) and Tempura Shrimp and veggies. Everything was fresh. It was my first time eating Larb so I can't compare it to others, but it really was delicious. The medium heat is about average compared to other Thai places I've eaten. I'd definitely eat there again. My only criticism is that the service can be a bit slow. There seemed to be only 2 people working there, 1 up front and 1 in back. Hopefully they aren't always understaffed. Either way, the quality of the food more than makes up for it, therefore no stars getting knocked off.
