This location of Target is near my home and I stop here to shop once or twice a month. The store is always clean, the employees kind and helpful, and after the remodel it's spacious with wide aisles for comfortable shopping with a cart.

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TARGET OPTICAL STORE (not the optician in residence there).I received a call asking for my insurance information after I supplied it in the web form when I signed up for an appointment. I called back and provided the information in a voice mail and actually called again and spoke to someone in the office who claimed to take down my info. When I got to the office they still didn't have my insurance info. I had my initial eye tests (pressure and focus) and they didn't ask me to remove my contacts so the tests had to be repeated. The eye doctor is excellent and I had no problems with her. After my insurance was sorted, there were no problems there. Then I went out into the store and ordered my contacts on 1/12. I was told I'd have them in 7-10 days. It's now 1/31 and I have no contacts. The Target Optical manager hung up on me on the phone in mid sentence because I complained about the service I received and told her I was forced to cancel my order. I know that's Target's fault but the WHOLE EXPERIENCE was sub-par thanks to the Target business.

This is the most unprofessional and rude target I have ever been to. I waited forever for a dressing room and was sent across the aisle to try those dressing rooms. I asked for help after 4 different staff members walked by and neglected to stop to help me. Finally I flagged a man down and the man was unable to answer why only two of the 8 rooms were open to be used. I asked for him to ask someone to get them opened because the line continued to grow and I was waiting longer than 15 min. He came back and said he was unable to help because it wasn’t his department. Again, I flagged down another employee who was rude and less than helpful. She said she would get her manager but never came backI went to her to ask what the deal was because I’d been waiting about 20 min at this point and it was getting ridiculous. They had sent me across the way and now the other dressing rooms I was originally at were opening up and I was missing them. The lady was rude and said “well the other two people already told you that you just have to wait so I wasn’t going to come find you because we already told you”. Meanwhile, 6 dressing rooms sat empty and unlocked. I told her this was unprofessional and that they saw I’d been waiting for so long they should at least tell me what was going on and have me come to the other dressing rooms instead of sending me away and then making me wait and be rude and unhelpful. The lady told me to calm down and was dismissive. Overall, the employees and management of the clothing section were incredibly rude and dismissive and clearly had no respect for me or my time. I truly hope someone higher up sees this because it is an awful experience and as someone who frequents target often, it is enough to make me not want to come back. I had 6 sets of bathing suits I was planning to buy but instead, I left with nothing because I would never give money to people who treat me that way. Just terrible. I came here for a stress release after a long week and now I’m leaving flustered and upset

I'm so sick of self check out lines. Why do we continue to accept this erosion of customer service? Do we get a discount for doing their job for them? No!. Yesterday, there was one person covering eight self checkout lines. She was completely overwhelmed and the line was all the way back to the produce section. I asked her to call a manager and she told me I need to be patient! Unbelievable!
