Wow! The customer service here is amazing! Curtis, the manager is very helpful if there are any issues with your order. I really appreciate his willingness to help me when my discount did not show up. I also want to give a shout out to the grocery Pick up people. On one occasion, I ordered groceries for pick up not realizing that it was going to be pouring rain when I got there. The young man did not care at alllll. I apologized over and over again. He told me that he was grateful that I apologized. He said he really didn’t even mind the rain! So thankful these two work at “my” target!! Thanks guys!

We made a pick-up order here after realizing we forgot a few things on our trip. The pick-up process was super easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had everything we needed ready and waiting. It was a smooth experience from start to finish!

I have been going to Target at Renaissance since it opened. I had a return and needed assistance from the manager. Curtis was great to work with. He listened to my issue and help come up with a good solution. Thanks so much Curtis for your help. Target is my #1 store.

Update: Target customer service reached out to try and find a solution (which I didn't respond to, but appreciate the gesture.) The issues still persist off and on, but a business that is willing to take care of customers deserves more than 1 star in my opinion. If we find a few consistent weeks with good stocking then I'll update again.

We’ve been going to this Target for over a year, and have been disappointed the last six months. Every time we go, at least 3-4 things we want are out of stock. Shelves are constantly empty. And seeing the entire produce section “missing” with no explanation to customers today was frustrating. Time for yet another trip to Harris Teeter……
