Great experience from start to finish. Booking is simple and easy!!! The stylist's (Shana) booking site is very user-friendly! The salon is clean, neat and orderly!!! The stylist also has complimentary snacks for customers during their service! I am a return customer and I must say Shana is constant and reliable!!!!! She is professional, and focused the entire time on quality of work and speed!!! She gets you in and out!!! My hair has been beautiful every time!!! Shana gives you exactly what you ask for. 10/10 highly recommend.

Shana is my go-to for braids! She’s professional, fast, and her suite is so relaxing. Her product line for refreshing your braids and soothing your scalp is AMAZING. I typically have a very itchy scalp—especially with braids—but Shana’s Crown & Relief Anti-Itch Oil gave relief. After three weeks, my scalp is flake-free! Shana is always professional and knowledgeable about what style suits my hair texture. I wore my faux locs for four months and could have gone longer if I didn't want my hair colored. If I wish to wear braids and Shana is unavailable, then I won't do so until Shana is available. She is worth waiting for!!
