Great place to stay when away from home. Friendly staff shops and restaurants close by some even walking distance, full fridge and stove.

This is not the staffs fault but there were people partying in front of my window until 2:00am in the morning. They were also smoking marijuana so when I turned on my A/C the smell flooded my room. The good news is when I called the front desk handled it promptly.

The hotel is well kept. A little dated but very nice nonetheless. Pool was beautiful. Close to all the stores and food you could want. Daily breakfast and nightly socials with food. The list of positives in my opinion is long. They accommodated us when another hotel didn't. Very quiet. The hotel can't help the type of people who stay here so yes there was pot smoking going on (can smell it certain nights in the hallway), loud sex too. So that was super tough with my kids. My LARGEST COMPLAINT IS... DO NOT CLAIM TO BE PET FRIENDLY WHEN YOU ARE NOT. OR CHANGE THE HOTEL POLICY OR LAYOUT. I WAS CALLED 2XS REGARDING A GENTLEMAN ON OUR FLOOR WHO IS AFRAID OF DOGS. WHO SAID MY DOGS ATTACKED HIM... NO THEY BARKED, WHICH IS SCARY YES, BUT THERE WAS NO ATTACK. WELL IM SORRY. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU HAVE A PHOBIA AND ARE AT A HOTEL THAT ALLOWS PETS. THEN I WAS ASKED THEIR BREED AND IF THEY'RE ON LEASHES, THEN I WAS ASKED IF IM ONLY WALKING THEM IN THE HALLS AND NOT OUTSIDE??? WHAT?! We always have them on leashes, we walk them outside, pick up after them, used the provided bags, and was hyper vigilant about their noise level. I could not enjoy the rest of my stay and am very uncomfortable here now We stayed 7 days and not a word was said until that gentleman. Oh and we were so kind as to pick up after SOMEONE else's pet who went potty in the hall. You're welcome.

Love the space and size of the room. Love the outdoor WARM pool. Breakfast is great . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons : Place looks dated, Maintenance is lacking in more than one area of the hotel. Layout of hotel is a bit weird , elevator was a far walk from main entrance and not centrally located

Room was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Staff was personable. Breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, my only complaint is a pretty big one: no hot water. I wasted almost 10 minutes running water down the tub drain - during which time it went from ice cold to about room temperature - it never got warm, let alone hot. Shower head was stuck on a setting with a narrow single stream. Took a very brief, chilly shower. If you're staying only one night, and don't mind skipping a shower, this is a very nice place. But if you're staying multiple days, or need a good hot shower to start your day, look elsewhere.
