Best beds ever. Room and elevator need upgrading, but I'll forgive almost anything for these soft beds. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I've stayed at many hotels in the Raleigh-Durham area and this is the only location to have pleasant front desk staff.

Our son had brain surgery at Duke University Hospital, and his doctor recommended Staybridge. We were very pleased with this hotel. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good variety of foods for breakfast, which was very good. They have a room for exercise, and the pool is well kept. I can’t express enough how wonderful this place was for us during our four night stay.

I would not recommend coming to this place. The IHG website had no mention of any construction whatsoever. I’m used to high-quality hotels with a Staybridge suites and this place was not that. Active construction site with extension cords running all over the place. No pool no gym no laundry and no breakfast. There is broken glass on the patio, empty beer bottles and garbage all through the halls. His property does not meet IHG standards by any means. Do not come here.

Genuinely one of the most welcoming and nicest hotels I've ever been. Front desk staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are decently clean and the amenities and food are fantastic.
