You can truly count on Starbucks to give shining service!! Especially because of thier employee Devon!! His spirit is absolutely amazing!! The staff as a whole gives that fantastic experience to compliment the products they serve!!

My Go to Starbucks at Fairfield & Roxboro never disappoints. I have been a faithful Starbucks patron for many years and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad or even mediocre experience at my Starbucks! The staff is wonderful. It does not matter how busy they are or how ugly another customer behaves, they handle it with grace & don't let it affect their work or interactions with others. Which is near impossible to do (trust me, I've worked in the food & bev industry) lol. I don't have to worry if they are going to get my order right or not (yes, I'm one of those 🙄...many modifications) like i do at other establishments. I can't recollect but maybe 1 or 2 times that there were any hiccups with my order and they were taken care of immediately with kindness and understanding. So, if you're looking for a FANTASTIC Starbucks to visit, stop in at my home Starbucks at Fairfield and Roxboro Rd in North Durham. You will NEVER be disappointed!!!

I love getting Starbucks every sunday to start my day. The people are nice the atmosphere is great too it does get busy inside sometimes so I usually go in the drive thru so Im not waiting inside too long. But I definitely recommend coming here there are some great people here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was unprofessional, and the staff displayed unfriendly attitudes. I was not given adequate time to scan my app before being rushed, and my drink was not prepared correctly. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue, as my drinks are frequently not made correctly, so this is not the first time I have experienced these problems. I believe additional training for the baristas on both beverage preparation and customer service would greatly improve the overall experience. Due to these repeated issues, I will not be returning to this location.

The customer service was pretty good. They were busy but they seem to work steady together. We tried the pink drink, one with chocolate whipped cream which was chef's kiss. Really does taste like a chocolate covered strawberry. Ordered a pink drink with vanilla whipped cream. It was good but not better than the chocolate. Ordered the frozen strawberry acai lemonade & it was very sour. We actually had to go home & add sweetener. The turkey provolone pesto sandwich was not worth the money. The birthday cake pops were a bit too for my liking but we all enjoyed the chocolate cake pops. Overall good experience.
