Refused to take my Starbucks app because they “didn’t know how to do that” and only one employee was working so she couldn’t get help from anyone. I told her we can scan the app and see if it prompts her on the register but she said she doesn’t want to try. -
Literally no customers. 3 employees all on their cell phones. I ordered an iced green tea. Noticed it was white and asked the young lady with the locs is that for me because I can't have milk. She said, my bad I read it wrong. Seriously? Easiest order ever and you were standing right there and it was in writing. I can't. Unfriendly and Unapologetic for what could've been a huge mistake due to my allergy if I hadn't pointed it out to her...Do better. It's so easy.

Average experience. Lots of deviation from the corporate messaging and a bit unorganized from a merchandising standpoint. The A-frame is outdated as well.

Rude service. The food was covered in flys, crawling in-and-out of the pastries. I mentioned it to the person and they just shrugged. What's worse is that someone behind me ordered something and she pulled from the same area.

My experience here today was great. I came in with a request I wasn't sure about and was not only given several options on how I could get my drink, but both Paris and Keimauri went above and beyond with friendliness and service. These young ladies gave phenomenal service and deserves
recognition for their efforts.
