Cosy coffee shop in Durham. had my double espresso which was good. it was my first experience at Starbucks and very positive one.

The best part of waking up is Starbucks in my cup...so I hop in the car, I’m out in the race, amongst the others heading to there work place, unlike some I clicked on the app, my order was ready just as soon as I left. The staff is so friendly they know my request, with there joyous greetings...they are the best!

This is a great, lively store, and very busy. The staff recognize regulars. A little slow, but I think that's because we don't see all the preorders; the line is longer than it looks. A nice experience.

Yesterday morning I ordered a green tea lemonade and there was no lemonade in it. Today I ordered oatmeal and asked them to add light almond milk to it along with the other add ins. When I received my oatmeal, it only had the light almond milk. It was very dry. The only reason I didn’t take it back was because I already made it to work. Maybe I should’ve checked everything before I left but I feel like if you specify what you want then you should get it. The purpose of the mobile app is to order in advance for quick and easy service but lately I have felt like it is hit or miss meaning sometimes your order will be correct and sometimes it will not be. I have shared my concerns with staff and management before. I understand that this store is located in a busy area and it may be hectic but customers shouldn’t come to the store and have to wonder if their order is going to be correct do a taste test before leaving. Besides the things I mentioned, this location is very fast and the staff is wonderful!

Best Starbucks EVER! which is saying a latte. This Starbucks is extremely busy yet the staff is courteous and always looking to spark a conversation. I have been going to this Starbucks for 3 years, and the staff knows me by name and drink! I order my very unique, Toffee nut latte macchiato, and they make it perfect almost every time. If it's off at all, they remake it without hesitation. These are good people and they make great coffee!!!!

the service is pretty good and friendly but failed to understand how to redeem an offer on my application. I had to call customer service to double check the code offer that I got on the Starbucks application. The girl at the window just charge my card and I guess didn’t even wanna bother hence why I had to double check.
