I love my neighborhood Starbucks at Renaissance!! My coffee is always delicious, the staff is warm and welcoming, they (especially Awet, Rose and Emma) remember my name and they're honest. =D I left my wallet and when I remembered that it was missing and where I used it last, I called Starbucks and spoke with the lovely Emma who told me my wallet was there and kept safe. I'm never giving up on humankind. Again, thank you SB!!

Usually this location is very good. But today I went in to order a pink drink (my usual order). They were out of the refreshers. This was very disappointing. It was a hot day.

Normally, all starbucks are the same. And while the food and beverages may be just that, the staff and service here make it special. For years, I've been eating and drinking here, every day. They always know my name, what drinks I like and treat every person that comes through like old friends. I love the place.

What a great location! All the baristas are so so nice and friendly! The ladies that work there always remember my name, and would make my order very quickly. I love this Starbucks, if I could I'd only go to this location 😊

Coffee is good but place is dirty...fingerprints all over the doors and they don’t keep up with the bathrooms.

Didn't have almond milk for my white chocolate mocha...so I ask for a green peach tea lemonade, but received a white citrus peach tea lemonade instead. Went back in and the staff were very nice, but the drink they replaced it with still wasn't sweet enough for my taste. Oh yeah, also asked for a bacon, egg, and Gouda but was told they had none, when an entire tray was right in front of me! When asked why they couldn't heat one up, the barista just simply stated, "they're frozen." Ummm, that's why you heat it up!!! I didn't want to "go off" so just let it be. My experience today was not at all what I expected. I wasted a free reward on a drink that I'm going to throw away... will be a while before I visit this location again, if at all.

Love this place. I've never had a bad cup of Starbucks coffee. So don't be afraid to try something new. The drive through can be long but it's so worth it! Whenever I want to reward myself I always start with a Starbucks!
