Russell is the best leader I’ve seen at a Starbucks ever. They not only said good morning from across the store to me when I walked in, but had given the very busy morning crew multiple encouraging words before I even sat down to wait for my mobile order. Russell kept customers in the loop, and kept an amazing attitude as the morning picked up - an absolute keeper! I’ve been in service-based leadership my whole life and I would go out of my way to have someone like Russell on my crew. 10/10

They had buy one get one FREE for Mother's Day! How do you beat that?! My drinks were PERFECT, and I was able to use some of my stars for free lemon pound cake! I like that the staff verified if I wanted whip cream before handing me my order. Delish! There were a few children running around in the Cafe. Can't blame the staff for that . . . .

Russell was so nice and spoke to his staff and and customers with such a tone that made them feel welcome and happier leaving than when they came in. A barista paying uninterrupted attention to their customer, even for a only a few seconds, can show that person more love than people may know
