I wanted to write this review and give a shoutout to the handsome gentlemen working at the mobile orders today on June 27, 2025 this morning! I placed a mobile order where I thought was this location. When I came in, I was greeted by a "good morning!" by this gentlemen in this very enthusiastic demeanor. Noticing that my order was not ready, I went ahead and waited for it. However the gentlemen (sorry I did not catch your name), asked what the name the order was under and I gave my name. He went to the tablet to double check and he noticed that my name was not on the list.
He then proceed to ask if it was possible that I may have ordered in a different nearby location. I double check my app and indeed I did order at a different Starbucks location, and I was disappointed and upset. Just as I was about to apologize and leave to go to the correct Starbucks, the gentlemen said that he would be more than happy to make it for me here free of charge since I have already paid for the products through the app even though it was at the incorrect location. I was extremely grateful and happy, and really appreciate his above and beyond customer service skills!
Starbucks HR, CEO, COO, and other executives, if you by chance are reading this, please give this gentlemen a raise or some kind of reward for his amazing interpersonal skills! He was amazing! I may not have caught his name, but I will forever remember his gesture!
Edit: I wanted to describe that the gentlemen was about 5'9" - 5'10", long black curly/wavy hair, tan skin, facial hair and was wearing a black shirt. Very handsome features!

This is a busy location! I have been coming to this location for a while, and the service has always been amazing, and the crew is always livly and upbeat. As it is a busy location, some things might take longer, but that is expected with so many orders.

I really have enjoyed getting my coffee at this Starbucks! The morning crew is so nice and they do such a great job on our coffee drinks.

Shout out to Keny at the register for FABULOUS service and going out of his way to help me this morning w gift cards. He was SO awesome and went the extra step to get me bags and tissue paper for the gift card I bought! He was also friendly and efficient in a busy environment. Employees like this are hard to find!!!

Russell is the best leader I’ve seen at a Starbucks ever. They not only said good morning from across the store to me when I walked in, but had given the very busy morning crew multiple encouraging words before I even sat down to wait for my mobile order. Russell kept customers in the loop, and kept an amazing attitude as the morning picked up - an absolute keeper! I’ve been in service-based leadership my whole life and I would go out of my way to have someone like Russell on my crew. 10/10
