I had issues with UPS/USPS losing my package, and Spoonflower was incredible to work with. Even though it was not their fault, they reprinted my order and assisted me with tracking and making sure I got the wallpaper on time. It was beautiful and high-quality, but the customer service really was above and beyond. Will use them again!

I am in LOVE with my new duvet and pillow covers. The style I chose was the Halloween Vintage Large and it makes me so happy! It's crafted so beautifully and right on with the measurements to fit my bed. It arrived super fast and I just can't say enough nice things about my items AND customer service I received. They know how a business should run. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from Spoonflower again in the future! I'm so happy!

I messed up an order and customer service went out of their way to make it right. Liz was our helper. Very nice and accomodating and all thru "chat". I'm very happy with Spoonflower. Other than the Brand Marketing mgr sent an email and signed adding her "pronouns". Stupid.

Spoonflower has been absolutely wonderful meeting my needs for fabric. I had a glitch in my first order from them but they quickly fixed things and sent new fabric. I will continue to order from Spoonflower in the future.
