The staff at Sheraton Imperial Hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. There’s a bar and café conveniently located near the reception area, perfect for relaxing or chatting with your group. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or you can order room service if you prefer to dine in your room. One of the best parts of the experience was their mobile app, which is really handy—you can even unlock your room door through it, plus order food and request room service easily. My room was clean and spacious, featuring two queen-size beds, a TV, a closet with a mini fridge, locker and a kettle for making coffee. However, if you need bottled water, you have to go to the reception since they don’t provide it directly in the room. The overall stay was good, but there was one thing I didn’t like: when I asked the reception if there would be an extra charge for ordering food to the room, they said no, but when I ordered through the app, I was charged a $4 delivery fee. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
