The hotel was really nice. The rooms were clean upon arrival. Bed with all the great pillows slept very nicely. The food that was served at the bar was as good or if not better than going to a restaurant. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was flawless. Only complaint is that there are no microwaves in the rooms.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean,, quiet and the staff is friendly. Shout out to Mark the Maintenance Tech who came quickly to my room because it didn't have heat. He then ensured that my room was changed and the MOD Noel, www brought me my key and Mark helped me move. I'm very pleased with my stay here. They have a cafe on premise that offers light foods for breakfast and dinner, ask for Tay! The one complaint I have is that for ten floors only one of the two elevators worked. Other than that, if in the area, give it a try.

The rooms were decent. The service at the party we were attending was not great at the hotel. The hallways were very outdated and had a slight smell as well. Overall the room seemed clean and the staff was friendly for the most part.

Clean quiet good meeting rooms convenient to the airport. Not charming but it is a business hotel. FANTASTIC fitness center. Room service is just takeout in a paper bag.

Here for a conference and the rooms were comfortable enough. You could tell that the hotel is well used, but they seem to have kept everything in working order. The conference rooms were interesting. One nice big ballroom-style, one auditorium-style, and then a small one tucked down an awkward hallway that was a bit too small and either super hot or freezing cold.

We stopped for 2 nights for a football game in the area and we were very pleased with our stay , the room are spacious and very clean. The service at the front desk wasnt the best , as we were not explained anything like the usual , checked in , thank you next.... but we would come back without hesitation.

The location was good. Rooms were nice even though the shower was a bit of a challenge. In addition, a roach type bug ran across the floor on our last night. My husband had to chase it to get rid of it.

Hotel location is excellent. Be early for the Shuttle bus to/ from the airport. Not sure if the driver has a watch, as he departed almost 10min early. Housekeeping may not be able to read - no shampoo, but had 2 body wash dispensers installed on the wall. Club lounge is closed on Sunday PM. No restaurants within walking distance. The Hotel has food options 24 hours. Remodeling is not the best, but it puts a good face on things; future maintenance will have to fix a lot of things. The heating / cooling system is one of the worst for a Sheraton property - annoyingly loud at all hours, shakes the room as the compressor runs for heat & cold. The workers do a great job. Property grounds and inside are clean.

I was here for a bday dinner. Didn't stay in a room. The food and beverage manager and his team were awesome. We had a grand time and dinner was delicious. They took real good care of us. Good job.

This is a very nice hotel. It was close to the airport and highway, so very convenient. The shuttle to the airport was quick and painless. They have a nice bar and a restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. The food was good and the drink selection was great. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room temperature was quite adequate. The only downside was that the air from the room vent was quite strong and direct, not well dispersed, and the elevator at the back of the hotel was a bit clunky.

The hotel's location is very convenient - close to the airport and to my office. I stayed here for 6 days. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast spread is pretty good. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. I would prefer to stay here every time I'm in RTP.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are modern and well appointed. The AC was struggling to cool the room. Pool area is awesome. Overall happy with my stay and would recommend.

I was very impressed and pleased with the rooms and decor of the whole hotel. It felt very classy. The rooms are cooled by in housed units and window AC units. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains made it seem like it was night 24/7. The staff were extra friendly and helpful which made you feel important. Nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The hotel even has a free shuttle service to the near by restaurants if you so choose. My girlfriend was very satisfied with our stay. Made our birthday vacation incredible.

Not happy. The room was nice and clean, but toilet kept bubbling with toilet water all over. Hot tub not working and nothing the told us was true with food or room service. We left early.

My room was clean and comfortable. The facility is very well decorated and stylish. The breakfast was more flavorful than I had anticipated and I’m excited to continue my stay here! We’ll see if I come back to leave the 5th star :)

The good: Our room was newly remodeled. The location was great for us too.
The Bad: Trash in our receptacle still and the floors never got mopped from the last guest. The pool was older and not very well taken care of. Used towels and trash left everywhere.

Stayed here for 3 nights at a conference recently. There were good parts and not so good parts.
The Good: Room was very clean and nice. 5 stars for the room.
The Good: Staff was good though there did not seem to be many of them
The Not Good: Restaurant was only open 1 night of our stay. You could order delivery but not go to the restaurant. Breakfast was the same way. There were 2 bars in the lobby. The main bar was open one night and closed the rest of the time. The coffee bar was open and had beer and food but I found it just kind of weird for a conference hotel. Coffee from the coffee bar was good so there is a point there.
The hotel is fine so do not shy away but it seemed to be short on staff but they were hitting the important points so I would stay again. Just don't expect to find the breakfast buffet.

A nice hotel located with great amenities. Some areas of the hotel are worn but overall upkeep is good. Breakfast offerings were the reason for a four versus five star. The food offered for breakfast was not as good as everything else experienced in the hotel. The staff made the visit worth the time. Staff exhibited southern warmth in greeting guests.
