As owner/operator of a brow shaping and permanent makeup / cosmetic tattoo business local to the Durham, NC area, renting this salon suite has been an excellent experience. The Durham, NC location is convenient and easily accessible for both professionals and clients, (directly across from Durham Academy Middle School, 5 minutes away from Target/Starbucks/O2 fitness, and 10 minutes or less away from Duke University). The space is impeccably clean and very well-maintained, which creates a professional environment I am proud to welcome my clients into.

The modern décor adds a fresh, stylish touch while still being functional and comfortable. Keypad door locks, the ability to customize your individual space, and the mutual respect amongst vetted renters is all appreciated. Communication with the suite owner has also been outstanding — Tiffany is consistently responsive, professional, and attentive, which made the rental process seamless.

I highly recommend this salon suite to any beauty professional seeking a clean, modern, and well-managed space to grow their business.

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience here! The owner Ms. Tiffany is so accommodating and thoughtful — she makes it easy to just show up and work. The décor is beautiful, the bathroom is always spotless and smells amazing, and the entire space feels feminine and peaceful. She recently hosted a salon suite owners appreciation event that showed how much she truly cares about us. I’m so grateful to be a part of this environment. You can tell she thought of everything! Highly recommend!

I’m owner of Suite 9 Shears2Stars Star Quality Haircuts. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and so have my clients thus far. The decor is so pretty, it’s always clean and smells good, we have a complimentary coffee bar, and the other suite owners are all so amazingly courteous. The owner, Tiffany, is one the most professional Salon Owners that I’ve come across in my almost 20 years in the industry. She and her team have made my transition from a booth renter to a Suite Owner and smooth and as seamless as possible. The only thing I would change about my experience here is I would have come a lot sooner. Highly recommend
