This place was amazing. We just attended a dinner party with our group. We are in town for a continuing education course and had the best of time. We had spicy shrimp appetizers that were amazing. We also followed it with Caesar salad and Filet. So good. The filet was cooked perfectly. The sides we had were asparagus, broccoli and mashed potatoes, which were good but the steak blew it all away. I must say that John, Caroline, JB, and Javier were the best of servers. They were so attentive to what we needed it was almost like they knew what we wanted before we did. So I hope if you do a larger dinner party here you get them.
TLDR: If you are looking for a steak come here. Great food, Great Service!

The food and service was okay. We were very disappointed with the way people were dressed. This is a upscale restaurant you want to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, etc. I shocked to see people dressed in shorts, tee shirts, flip flops. What happened to your dress code?
Next time people save yourselves a lot more money. There’s other restaurants we’re the ambiance is just as nice. People are well dressed. Do you research. Ruth Chris not what it use to be. Only thing changed the prices got higher😞 We dined in.

This place is incredible, the atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff was enormously helpful. The steak was seasoned to perfection and had the most flavorful crust, I'd give it a 8.9/10. I got the red snapper and it was blackened and seasoned very well also. 8.5/10. We really enjoyed our evening and are already looking at other menu items! Overall experience 9.5/10

Dined in the bar while away from the kids. Service was fine for the most part. Impersonal. My plates were not cleared prior to my next course. Restaurant was not busy. The food runner cleared my first course dishes at the same time he brought my entree. Not quite the Service I expected spending $200 for 1 person.

My husband took me here for our Anniversary! Everyone we encountered made me feel special. Rose petals on the table, our server and forgive me if I spell her name wrong Anisa was truly amazing. She took the time to explain anything we asked as it was our first time ever going. Her customer service was above and beyond! The food was delicious. Such a wonderful experience and a wonderful place to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and make a new memory!

I have to be honest - this was my first Ruth's Chris. I was sure what to expect. It was attached to my hotel so I went for the convenience.
The fresh bread was nice - 2 sweet slices and 2 normal. The server was quick, but overly formal for my tastes. He tried to upsell me a few times but wasn't pushy.
I honestly was shocked at the prices. It was probably normal, but I felt they were higher than other steakhouses.
I found it weird that the petite 6oz filet was $45, but the Ruth's Classic was $50 with a starter, a side, and a dessert. I ordered the latter.
The gumbo was filling, but nothing special. I didn't care much for the creamed spinach. The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. The cheesecake was also good.
Almost everybody around me were there for a special occasion... I imagine that's the rationalization for the higher prices.
