I have one thing that was a minor issue when I came her last time to get my order to go. It was so HOT inside the restaurant that it was hard to breath and I wouldn't be able to stand eating in. My wife and I both got great pizza and I loved the food that I got which was 2 slices of pepperoni thin crust. I had no choice but to get it to go tho which was bc of the temp inside. When I left with my slices I had started a full body sweat that I wasn't expecting to get inside the restaurant but it was more heat inside the restaurant than what it was outside and I think it was about 199 degrees in the shade at that time last week or so 😅 🙃 😳 😐! I probably could of heated the slice up on my dashboard of the car but that won't nothing compared to the temp in that building. It's was pretty bad and I felt sorry for the work staff that was working bc they also had meat sweats bc of the fire breathing dragon they had kidnapped in the back.

Another great lunch. I had the steak and cheese sub with chips and my kids had a slice of pepperoni pizza. Everything was hot and fresh. ** A recommendation I have is to ask for extra steak. Especially if you're sharing. We will definitely come back.
Also, the pizza combo is just pizza and a drink, no fries or chips come with it.

Tried to order on the website using my cell and it was so glitchy that I had to switch to my laptop instead. Using the website on a computer is less glitchy but still unusable. The online coupons currently advertised don't mention anywhere that you can only use one per order and it allows you to add multiple coupons to your cart. There isn't any kind of message or popup letting you know why the coupons aren't subtracting from your order total so you just have to figure it out for yourself. After figuring that out, the website then wouldn't let me proceed to the payment page after I put in my billing address and the name on my credit card. I don't know why those are on separate pages to begin with but again no popup message or anything regarding what the issue is until my third attempt. On my third attempt at placing this dinner order on my laptop a popup message finally came up saying the credit card payment wasn't working and I had to call into the restaurant. I was irritated at this point because I had already spent a fair amount of time trying to order online but it was funny in an ironic way that when I called in the automated message says that if you want a more convenient and fast ordering experience you should just order online! After I got on the phone with a person they told me that the payment functionality hasn't worked in awhile and that their computer system in the restaurant was also down so they had to call the delivery driver to see if they even delivered to my address. Thankfully they do, they took my order, and they were very nice and did apologize a lot for the website and computer system issues. I did find it odd that the total they told me over the phone was more expensive than it showed for the same order on the website? I looked at the receipt for the order they took over the phone and the subtotal was $62.02, delivery fee was $4.30, service fee was $6.02, and sales tax was $4.95 so the total came out to $70.97. On the website the subtotal was $53, there was no service fee, delivery fee was $4 flat, and sales tax was $4.28 bringing the total to $61.28. Not a huge price difference but it doesn't make sense that a service fee was added over the phone, the sales tax was different amounts, and the delivery fee was different amounts for the same order and delivery details? The 18 inch meatlovers, 14 inch Don Vito, full size tossed salad, and 6 garlic knots were good but I wouldn't say they were good enough to justify $70. The Don Vito and garlic knots also didn't taste like garlic and when I called in to ask why they said they use a garlic flavored oil so it doesn't taste very strong which is disappointing. The Randy's in Morrisville puts minced garlic on top of their Don Vito and it's delicious so this location was just not at the same quality I was expecting. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else because there are much better restaurants that will give you a higher quality pizza for the same price with less of a headache trying to order and no sketchy price irregularities.

The pizza is limp and they use their pizza sauce sparingly. I only go there because my grandkids like it.

Had the two-slice combo at Randy’s Pizza and it was excellent! Classic NYC-style slices with a thin, crispy crust—just how I like it. Service was on point: fast and efficient. I grabbed my favorite seat by the window, and the chill vibe made it a great spot to get some work done. Only thing missing was a WiFi connection, but honestly, the pizza more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

Basic pizza place, very thrifty about toppings, though. A very sad 18-inch pizza had about two pepperoni per slice (8 slices). I would rather go anywhere else.

Best pizza in Durham!!!!! And BEST NY pizza. I lived in NY for almost 30 years and Randy’s is as good as any top notch NY pizza shop. Amazing food and amazing people and service. Look forward to dining there again!

The pizza is one of the best in Durham. If you have spent time in Durham, you know what that means. The Calzones are pretty good as well. They are not really charitable with their toppings so it’s hard to afford any extras. I tried the lasagna tonight. One word. Turdsagna. I just invented that word bc that’s what it is. Truly. Big globs of sugary meat sauce with 2-3 pieces of lasagna noodles, covered in copious amounts of cheese. Definitely no ricotta. Definitely no love to be found in the preparation of the turdsagna. Stouffer’s puts it to shame. 🤮

Native New Yorker here. This is abkut your average NYC corner slice shop pizza, which makes it 5 stars here in NC. Very enjoyable crust and flavor, hits the spot.

Love their pizza, like the speed of their delivery. But they always manage to forget at least one topping. It’s uncanny. Order pepperoni, spinach & feta, and you’ll get pepperoni & spinach. And spend an extra $5 on the nonexistent feta.
