Despite my first time eating at this place I really enjoyed the food. I love their mac and cheese and cabbage. The first time I went I ordered popcorn shrimp and it was horrible. Now I always order a chicken philly or fried wings. Both are absolutely delicious. The customer service could be better. However, the male cook in the back is very friendly and inviting.

This is my third time going to R&B Seafood and have been disappointed each time. The first time the wait to get my food was half an hour, the second time was about the same and the third time I ended up just cancelling my order. I called in and was initially hung up on. I called back and after giving my order the call was ended with no hint of any politeness. I knew it would not take the 15 min I was told so we went to grab a shake at another place. On the way to R&B Seafood I was called on my cell phone and the gentleman said they did not have any yams. This was 20 minutes after I called in the order. After changing one of my sides on the phone en route to the place, I was told the food was ready. I showed up and was told they were still cooking the wings. So after the poor service three times I decided to cancel the order and not give them anymore of my business.

Attitude is everything. I went to the restaurant last week primarily on a recommendation of my daughter. I did not eat and will not ever go here again. I asked the cashier what she recommended. She says " fish, chicken, pork" I ask about the hamburgers to which she replied " You'll have to wait 15-20 minutes." I asked how big they were and she refereed me to the back of the menu. Now all this may seem in order, but as a first time customer I'm trying to get some guidance from the person who has first hand knowledge of the product and knows it best. This cashier could care less and appeared to be discouraging me not to eat there. Following her cue and my gut instinct, I left.

Went there to grab a bite to eat after voting will never return!! The attitudes in there are disgusting point blank period... A bunch of people that don't wanna be at work the staff definitely needs to be replaced mainly the 2 girls... The guys seemed very friendly... It's really sad you can't support your own peoples businesses ...on a lighter note the food is good but definitely not worth the nasty attitudes!

I ordered the trout dinner with yams and cabbage. The trout was terrible because it had ZERO seasoning. It was bland like someone just tossed it in some batter then the fryer, and I'm not picky like that when it comes to seasoning but literally it had NO SEASONING AT ALL. The sides were delicious though. The sides are the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars they were crazily good. But I will most likely never order fish from them again. Will def go back for the sides. Get your fish elsewhere.
