I won’t lie, I was very skeptical of this place based off the most recent 1-star reviews. However, this place FAR exceeded my expectations!
I came with my mom. I got the vegetable/tofu pho and the spring rolls, and my mom got the chicken pho and gyoza steamed vegetable dumplings. This vegetable pho is BY FAR the BEST broth I have ever had in my life! I tasted my mom’s chicken pho broth, and the flavors were absolutely astounding! The broth was not at all “watered down” as recent reviews have stated. There was SO MUCH FLAVOR I was genuinely very shocked at how good it was. Food was all fresh, all the ingredients were fresh and crispy vegetables, and the young man who took our order was very kind! He spent the entire time after we seated and began eating cleaning the lobby and seating areas and stocking supplies.
I for sure will be returning to this location! 10/10 recommend! -
Pho was mostly water. No flavor in the broth. Not much noodles in it. It was like 3 bites and the noodles are gone already with just a bowl of flavorless water left, not proportionate. Not as good as other Vietnamese restaurants we have tried. The banh mi was weird to me. I asked for grilled pork and I've never seen a meat that looked like that maybe it was pork but idk. The taste was ok just not what a banh mi normally tastes like at other places. The cashier did not ask if we wanted a drink when we ordered which I thought normally it's the cashiers job to ask that but whatever. Normally when you eat at a restaurant you pay after you eat but here you pay first and it had a tip screen. How do I know If I'm going to tip if I didn't eat it or been served yet. Good thing I hit skip because I would not have tipped for this. Do not recommend. -
Stopped by to for dinner (dined in). I got the Bun Bo Hue. The food was tasty although the temperature was not as hot as usual. I really liked the vietnamese ham topping. they also sell poke and other things like pho, drunken noodles, and pad thai. There are parking behind the building. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings. -
Not authentic. I got the beef Pho with tendon and flank. Broth was deluded, lacking Pho quality flavor, and sparce sides of sprouts, Thai basil, lime. Employee was super nice, environment is super chill. American Pho 6 of 10. Not authentic. -
I liked the flavor of the pho soup as well as the beef, though sometimes the flavor of the meat is not very consistent (I’d say that the majority of the time, the food here taste good.) On some days either the vegetables are not very fresh or that the meat lacks a certain flavor.
