They were great when they were in the old district the tobacco warehouse district. They were really good. Look at their sandwiches now though yesterday I got a sandwich a BLT would you believe they forgot the bacon and this is the lettuce they put on the sandwich. -
Delicious sandwiches served up in this swanky, upscale gift shop. They don't skimp on the sandwich fillings, either. Very bright and has plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. -
the best sandwiches in the triangle, hands down. I love no. 11 (egg salad), no. 22 (turkey and havarti - pictured), and no. 23 (grilled pimento cheese - pictured).
they are absolute whoppers and always so fresh and so tasty. the staff are all very lovely and even during the lunch rush the sandwiches are quick to come out. -
I love Parker and Otis sandwiches! They are great as a boxed meal for work events, but their shop is cute and there are lots of outdoor seating options on the American Tobacco campus! Great spot for lunch and I like that they have espresso and coffee options! -
I stopped by Parker & Otis yesterday about 25 minutes before closing and didn’t realize they stop making sandwiches at 4:00. I was honestly crushed!
The man behind the counter was incredibly kind and apologetic. He told me about a few other options and mentioned there was one sandwich left in the case. I grabbed it—and it was excellent!
I wish I had asked his name. He had brown hair and a beard and was wearing a green and black shirt. Whoever he is, he was absolutely the best. Customer service like that really makes a difference.
Great food and great people—I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
