I don’t know what those other people are talking about, this is definitely the spot to buy bread and cakes. I’ve bought a lot of birthday cakes and they taste good. Always had great customer service.

They missed up the order for my cake, they gave me a cake of tres leches when I asked for it not to specifically be this way. I explained this to employees and they treated me like it was my fault after i explicitly told them and the receipt literally said it the way i ordered it. When I asked if I could speak to a manager they just rudely hung up the phone. Don't come here they have extremely rude customer service. Literally wasted $80 and couldn't even get an apology they just blamed it on me.

The tres leches cakes are dry and the filling is canned strawberries 🤮. They’re cute but not worth $35 for a tiny cake that doesn’t taste good. It was the day after Valentine’s Day and the prices remained at full price. Poor customer service. Almost hovering over me to decide on a cake. Never again.❌

I’ve tried giving this place a chance even after people said there were roaches in the bread.. but 4 days ago I placed an order and even wrote my name down on a piece of paper and gave it to a lady with a slick back, Yesterday i picked it up and the name was written wrong with an S instead of a Z.. no big deal that should be easy to fix.. NO!! the customer service is horrible they tried blaming me for so and so writing it wrong and even told me i was the one who spelled it like that, and kept saying “if it’s like that on the receipt it’s staying like that”i’m pretty sure i know how to spell my name.. anyways it took forever for them to fix it and just made it sloppy!! thanks a lot won’t return though.. and cakes are overpriced, your better off going to compare foods and superior!

For the English people, do not come here. As a local that lived in the area my whole life ive never seen so many bad experiences here. First there’s been counties spoiled cakes they sell to my loved ones and I. Second they get mad and put the blame on you if your name is wrong on the cake, as if you spelt your own name wrong and won’t take responsibility for making mistakes. Third there’s roaches in the bread. No vengan aquí los trabajadores no pueden tomar responsabilidad por algo tan sencillo. Lo único bueno que hacen es el pan relleno pero relleno de cucarachas. Don’t come here thinking your supporting a small local Spanish store, your better off going to the compare foods across from it or the superior up the road or even Walmart for gosh sakes do not come here
