My brother and I ate at this wonderful Cafe today for lunch . Our lunch was delicious . Our waitress was Genyii. She was absolutely so sweet and efficient! She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. My brother and I were able to spend quality time with each other. Thank you Genyii for the wonderful service you provided for us🥰

The food is excellent but expensive. If you get take out check your bags, today I paid $22 plus tip for a single sandwich and they left out the fries. Half my food gone because of terrible service.

Hidden gem at Southpoint. Menu has a lot of good options. Food and service were excellent. Shout out to Kelsey for going above and beyond. Noise level can be a bit loud.

I went and ordered a bowl of the crab bisque soup and was told it only came with one piece of the crostini bread, but if you order a cup which is smaller it also comes with 1 crostini. Shouldn’t the bowl by itself being bigger come with 2 crostini instead of just one?

This place is always fantastic. My family lives an hour away from any mall and one of the reasons we choose Southpoint is because of this Nordstrom Cafe. Food is great. This time I had the crab Mac and cheese 👏🏻

Nordstrom's Cafe Bistro always delivers excellent food and this location is no different. money well spent - excellent entrees. the fries and the aioli - always to die for.

We had server Kelsey and she was awesome. Food came out super quick, service was also excellent. We also had great service from Manager, Michael. 5/5 stars.
