The food here was genuinely really good, and we were greeted and seated quickly, which set the visit off on the right foot. The only thing that threw us off a bit was our waitress. Every time we ordered, she repeated it back to us in a way that felt more like she was questioning whether we really wanted it. At first we thought it might’ve been a language barrier—just a couple of white guys eating at a Mexican restaurant—but I speak Spanish too, and it was the same experience.
She wasn’t a bad waitress by any means, just not very attentive and a little unsure with everything. The biggest issue came when it was time to pay. When the tip options popped up on the handheld card reader, she actually pointed to the percentage she wanted and asked, “This one is ok for you?” My friend said she did the same thing to him.
Great food and fast seating, but the service needs a little polishing to match the quality of the kitchen. -
This is a typical Mexican restaurant. In other words, fast service, good prices and not much flavor.
I ordered a cheese enchilada and soft taco combo. The cheese in the enchilada was not heated through. Same with the cheese on the refried beans and the cheese on the taco.
The salsa was excellent, as were the refried beans, although they were not heated through.
I don't think I will eat there again. -
Service was great from the moment I walked in. As a solo traveler/diner, you can sometimes be overlooked. This was not the case hear. Huge variety of items to choose from. Good drink selection. Would eat here again if I am in the area. -
One of the worst places I’ve ordered from on Uber Eats. I ordered quesabirrias, but literally only the cheese and tortilla arrived. I can't believe Uber allows this kind of restaurant on its app; the food was a total disaster and absolutely disgusting. -
I went here awhile back, and the food was good, but nothing great.
My drink kept running out because the wait staff was not very attentive.
When it was time to pay, the lady brought out the payment reader and had already picked the highest tip for herself, and tried to shove it in my face and say 'just click here"
She seemed visibly annoyed when I clicked out of there and put a different tip amount.
But, it gets worse...
She came back two more times saying the card didn't go through and I had to pay again, each time trying to sneak in the tip she wanted.
But, it gets worse....
Then she followed me out to my vehicle and said it still had not gone through and that I needed to pay at the front. I still did not change my tip amount, and I left.
But it gets worse....
When the pending changes cleared I had FOUR DIFFERENT CHARGES of the same amount on my card
I called the restaurant to talk about it, and the person who answered was so rude, I didn't even make to the point and hung up
I opened a dispute with my credit card and got the money refunded. I'm not sure if that costs them money, but quite frankly, I don't care.
I will not be back.
