The Lodge at Duke Medical is a nice hotel. The receptionist was very kind & gave good information regarding the hotel settings. The rooms are nice & clean. I'm glad I was able to book my stay the day before & inform the hotel of my arrival (this gave them adequate time to prepare my room for my spouse & I). The location is nice spot within Durham, NC. It allowed us to make it to our destinations smoothly. This is a good hotel to use with good pricing, quality & location. Thank y'all so much for the services.

Our room was very clean. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. We were there for 6 days for a heart transplant evaluation and they made our stay absolutely amazing. We highly recommend you stay there if you have to go to the hospital. We will definitely stay there every time we need to go.

Very satisfied. Beautiful rooms. Excellent staff. Easy check in and out. Remember us from a previous stay. Close to the medical facility. Close to restaurants. Easy access, parking was easy. Definitely will be going back.

Average hotel. Bed comfortable. Dressing mirror not lighted. Pod coffee maker in room with only 1 regular coffee pod to go in it. Prepackaged stirrer with sugar and saccharine. No Splenda or stevia. No drinking glass in bathroom. 1 wardrobe, no closet, minimal hanging space which would not accommodate long items. When color is open it block drawers and refrigerator. Tell me why $160 at any hotel without amenities is a good price. That equals $4800 a month my mortgage is $560. Can't understand this. I could rent a similar sized apartment in NY for a month for that price

Stayed here for our daughter’s surgery because we had to be at the hospital at 6am and this is right next to Duke. Furnishings, staff, and everything were lovely. Would give 5 stars but the bed and pillow were the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on literally in my entire life. it is not a figurative expression. I woke up at 4am and walked around the room to try to alleviate the searing pain in my neck. I'm only 32 so by no means should I have this kind of neck pain from sleeping wrong. It is now almost 9am and my neck still hurts. I wish I had slept on a concrete slab instead of that bed.

The staff were so polite and helpful. We drove for several hrs to get here and were asking about the MD office. They arranged a shuttle and we got the medical discount. The Lodge is the best. Very clean hotel where the Dr's office was licated

I did not explore the hotel but what I saw from the entrance to my room was always clean. The room service was excellent. The only issue we had was communication. Because I didn't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English we didn't have much understanding when trying to relay what was needed. It just opened my eyes to how important it is to learn other languages.

Great location from the hospital. So we did not have to pay to park at the hospital everyday. We just walked from the hotel. We were there because my sister is at Duke Medical on life support. We live two and a half hours away. So it was very convenient. The water pressure sucked. Beautiful room. Housekeeping didn't clean out the refrigerator though, so we were not sure if the room in and of itself had been truly cleaned. We could not complain due to we were just tired and needed rest and we did not want to have to do anything different with everything else going on. One of the lamps was blown beside the bed. Other than that I was well.
