This community resource is invaluable. The facility has excellent fitness spaces but the real value is in the programs for everyone--young and old. The Gindes Center has an excellent Adult Daycare Program, and the Ignite business networking events are great for small area businesses. There's something for everyone. -

Great gym with trainers, swimming pool, sauna, special exercise classes and a pastry-coffee snack bar. -
My son was there for swimming lessons, Claire was great with him!!!
