HOT 🔥 LIGHT was on!!!
When we entered, we were greeted with a complimentary fresh, hot, dripping doughnut of deliciousness!! 🍩 😋
Got 10 Dots (doughnut holes) to go which were perfect!!

I wish it could be better. I can rarely go into the lobby to see the donuts and there’s been a several occasions where the donuts don’t even get filled properly if not at all. Poor Snoopy

My wife and I are visiting the area and decided to put a DoorDash order in for Krispy Kreme. How could you go wrong? Well, our DoorDash guy waited there for 30 minutes and we were getting pretty excited about it thinking that the donuts were gonna be fresh and hot. Not so! We got a pack of three original glazed they were old and cold. We got a pack of assorted donut holes, and you’ll just have to look at the picture of them. We were super disappointed. EVERYTHING was old and cold. There were no chocolate donuts in there, but I do believe a tiny piece of chocolate fell on one. At least I hope that is chocolate. The rest of it just looked like garbage. It kinda looks like they got them out of the trash can. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat any. Worst experience with Krispy Kreme ever!.

We’ve been to this location twice with our almost 3 yr. old grandson. He loves seeing the donuts being made and always enjoys a warm complimentary glazed donut off the hot line. The employees , although there a not a lot of them, are friendly and welcoming. You might have to wait a bit if there are several customers but that’s ok with me. Restrooms stay locked ( and therefore clean) but easy to get the combination. Will be going back, for sure.

I used to joke that we have the worst Krispy Kreme location in the country in Durham, but Dominique and Derek, 2 of the stores managers, have really improved the quality of service here.
We all know the food is good, but it was always a shot in the dark to come to this location. Is the door going to be open? Are they going to be stocked with menu items? Will I get an attitude just trying to order food?
Well, there was certainly a shift at some point, and, considering I get around 10 dozen donuts every week for visiting work clients, I eventually was able to figure out that shift came from Derek and Dominique's leadership. They have both gone above and beyond what you'd typically expect, even from a store that had a solid history. Both have assisted me in odd circumstances - like needing a receipt that was weeks old, or simply trusting that a batch of donuts I'd given to my clients was off and helping come up with a resolution, or calling me to make sure I was still going to get my order after I was late. And you can see this change in the other staff as well, as the standard has shifted on what the expectations are under their leadership.
Please, whichever operator owns this location, do what you need to to keep Derek and Dominique on. Because service does matter and it has been abysmal up until this point.
