Every single employee was extraordinarily kind and helpful. It made my whole day brighter. They also had a lovely selection of threads and fabric, as well as great sales.

Destiny is an absolute angel. Incredibly helpful with our larger order and made our days so much brighter. She didn’t complain and had nothing but great service. Please hope Destiny is working when you go to Joanns. Give this woman a raise!

closed at 5pm for what reason? at least 12 customers in store trying to rush to get fabric for Halloween costumes and then get to check out. 6 workers that I was able to count so I felt like early closure was not due to being short-staffed. several people frustrated. online hours say “Open until 9pm”. I spent less money because I was rushed. will just go to a michaels and walmart fabric center for the rest of my needs. No one seems to respect maintaining consistent hours anymore? I went in at 4:45 and I was greeted with, “We are closing at 5:00pm” Made me want to turn around- honestly but when I saw all the other customers, I stayed hoping they would at least check us out if we found what we wanted.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The staff there were working hard to take care of customers, stock shelves and straighten the store so I get that there are priorities and price changes are still changing more frequently now than in the past. Didn't give 5 stars because some prices on shelf weren't same as what rang up ($0.20 to $1.00 more at register).

They had a few more choices on material than the Cary store. They need to display their material better, because the top bolts are hanging so far down on the lower bolts you can hardly match material.

I absolutely love this store. The stag are extremely friendly and always helpful. The cleanliness is immaculate. I’ve come in towards the end of the night where they were stocking shelves and the store still looked great and you were still able to navigate through the aisles unlike other stores I’ve been into. It’s a peaceful shopping experience without the blasting music and harsh lighting you’d find at other craft chains. It’s a huge plus they are pet friendly since I tend to take my dog with me almost everywhere I go. They also have what I’m looking for and if not exactly they have an alternative that’s just as good if not better suited for my projects. If you are a manager or any staff please let your team know how awesome they are!!
