I have purchased multiple products here and they treat me with Kindness, respect and my wife loves the options available here. The last ring I purchased for my wife had slight damage and they were able to fix it for free with no hassle whatsoever.

I recently bought a chain and earrings as a graduation gift to myself and had the pleasure of working with Terry. I usually hate shopping, but he made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Terry was friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to. He took the time to educate me on what to look for instead of just trying to make a sale, and I never felt pressured or rushed. His honesty and patience made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Terry if you want someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the right decision.

Sharon was so incredibly helpful helping me try on rings for the first time. She showed me all the shapes and gave me a deeper insight into the types of diamonds. I had a basic understanding but she really gave me a lot to consider and what to look for in a diamond when shopping, things I thought I had some knowledge on, but she really made me more confident! She was so patient and actually encouraged me to try on a full range of shapes and sizes so I felt confident when I had things narrowed down. She got to know me, my loved one, and the people I brought with me for support. She has gently, very non aggressively followed up with me after just letting me know about sales or opportunities since she knows we are early in the process.
She’s been responsive with any follow up questions I have had too. I really did not have an opinion of Jared’s going in and just said let’s start here, but was VERY impressed with the selection and with Sharon herself. It was the most pleasurable experience of the day and really got me excited for the whole “I do” process! She even taught my sister how to take photos of the rings I liked! No matter what stage you are in looking for your ring, it’s worth stopping by and seeing Sharon!

He’s helped us through the initial process of just looking as we were dating to helping with picking the engagement ring and now we are picking up our bands. Terry is excellent at his job and had made it memorable and easy experience working with him.
