I have been shopping with this store since moving to NC in 2017. The whole staff has always treated my husband and I like we matter, like VIPs! Our favorite of course is the manager, Eric, who is always so welcoming. We have purchased rings, necklaces, watch, etc from them with complete satisfaction! All of the pieces have been appraised above purchase price and that is saying a lot. With the caliber of service and the exquisite design and quality of jewelry, I recommend them highly!

Terry has been a tremendous support over the years, helping us find the perfect gifts for our anniversaries, guiding me through a ring upgrade, and assisting with custom jewelry. Most recently, I faced the unfortunate loss of my bridal set, and I was heartbroken. I didn't think I could love another set as much, but Terry took the time to listen to my feelings and helped me find a stunning new ring that I adore.

Fantastic experience at Jared’s! They resized my husband’s wedding band quickly, beautifully, and for a fair price. Other shops quoted nearly double or a two-week wait. Sharon was wonderful to work with, and Mike, the assistant manager, even resized my watch on the spot and shared great tips about watch care. Excellent service all around!

He shared some helpful insight to assist our decision without being pushy or rushing us. He is very personable and funny, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
We just returned to the store for a six month inspection of the ring, and he continued providing excellent service. He remembered us, checked in to see how everything was going, and made sure we were still happy with our choice. I had an amazing experience buying my wedding ring from this Jared. I have a low set engagement ring so finding a ring that flushed nicely with mine was difficult. I had gone to other jewelry stores prior and they do not come close to the service I received from Mike. Mike spent time looking at my engagement ring, sketched out a potential custom ring, reviewed the customization process and then picked out rings in the store that could potentially be a good fit.
