My room was very clean and comfortable. Idk if she sprayed something but there was a very light fresh scent the two days I stayed here. The night receptionist was VERY informative and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was HOT and made well; which is MUCH obliged. I also like the architecture of the room; the shower and toilet are separate to the sink. I didn’t go in the pool but it was a beautiful sight and right near the gym; so a great view. A lot of greenery and peace and calm. The gym is small but effective and very clean.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience. I booked a short stay for a surgery at UNC that ended up resulting in a surprise hospital stay. The staff went above and beyond taking care of my very stressed out mom. They found her a room when the hotel was sold out, coordinated a special rate, and even made her fresh coffee when she was up early. A huge shout out to Noel especially, my mom raved about your kindness! You took a big weight off our shoulders, thank you!

Great hotel, excellent cleaning staff, excellent breakfast service, food selection and quality of food. Bar can use a little better bartista. Pool excellent, outside seating area , grill, bar , pool lounge chairs excellent..room,beds, sofa bed , ac TV excellent, close to soo many restaurants, stores, ,.really enjoyed my stay will.co.e again..

Absolutely PHENOMENAL staff!! Miss Lisa and Miss Ava are kind and incredibly attentive staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and warm. When we had an issue with the room, Lisa went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and then some! Ava was incredibly friendly and made the atmosphere so hospitable. We need more people like them in the world!!

Look forward to my next visit. Breakfast was lovely. Evening check in was pleasant. The location is simply spot on with multiple stores/food options within a mile.
