He was warm, generous, and incredibly accommodating, but more than that, he made one thing very clear: we were a team. That mindset makes all the difference in our industry. Travis approached the day with collaboration, respect, and a genuine desire for everyone involved to be successful. His leadership created a calm, organized, and welcoming environment that allowed the entire vendor team to do their best work.
Working alongside Mauricio, the catering manager, was equally wonderful. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He was thoughtful, flexible, and always one step ahead—ensuring service flowed seamlessly and guests were well cared for throughout the event. The level of hospitality and teamwork shown by the catering staff reflected strong management and pride in their work.
As a wedding planner and florist, it is rare and refreshing to work with a venue team that truly understands collaboration, communication, and the importance of mutual support. Hope Valley Country Club delivered all of that and more.
