The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the appliances are clean and work well. The beds are extremely comfortable and very clean. From the pillows to the sheets, everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
I can't say enough good things about the staff, I wish I could give them 10 stars! Everyone, from the front desk employees to the kitchen staff go out of their way to be personable, friendly, and helpful. The management should be very proud of the staff and environment they provide to guests!
I would not want to stay anywhere else on my trips to Durham!

Rooms were fabulous. Large, accommodating and clean. I always insist of a balcony with a view. My view was called "the wilderness" Were there trees? Yup. But in front of those trees were 2 eyesores of dumpsters and beyond that was a super loud highway. If you're looking for a room with a balcony your choices are the "wilderness" or the main road looking into Home Depot parking lot. We also had a strong scent of gas. I let the desk know, but I don't think anything was done about it. It's a dog friendly hotel which is cool, but the hallways shouldn't be carpeted. They had nice tile floors near the elevators, why not continue that throughout? The hallway carpets were nasty with stains. The breakfast and staff were amazing. Lobby and dining area were beautiful. The pool was well kept and refreshing. Location was perfect to where we needed to be. Would I stay again? Yes, the rooms really nice for a great price. I would also suggest 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. We only had one, no table.

Stayed here overnight. I was genuinely shocked at how unbelievably NICE these rooms were. The setup is like a small apartment, decorated VERY well, everything was SO CLEAN, the bed was super comfy and shower was fantastic. Alyssa, who helped me at the front desk, was extremely kind and very welcoming and accommodating. The location is super convenient to a multitude of restaurants, and very safe area of Durham. I definitely wished I had stayed here more than 1 night, I didn’t want to leave!

Completely disappointed with this hotel. My dad is a cancer patient receiving treatment at UNC Chapel Hill, and we chose to stay here because of his treatment. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning to take him to the hospital and discovered that my truck had been broken into while parked in the hotel’s parking lot.

I immediately went to the front desk, hoping they could at least provide some assistance or show concern. Instead, I was told they didn’t have cameras outside, and the response I received was essentially, “Didn’t you read the signs saying we aren’t responsible for any damage to your vehicle?”

What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of concern, especially after learning that multiple vehicles in their parking lot had also been broken into. They didn’t even have the courtesy to make an announcement or notify their guests so others could be aware and take precautions.

I understand that a hotel may have policies regarding liability, but there is a huge difference between not being legally responsible and showing basic compassion and concern for your guests.

I wanna put this review out there so people know about the AC situation in the rooms. First the staff is very helpful and friendly however in the rooms particularly room 410 the AC is on a sensor so if you set the AC to 65 lets say it will never get there unless you stand in front of the sensor. If you leave the room for work or any long period of time the room shoots up to 75 degrees the room never stays cold EVER. Also there is a roach problem in the hotel I seen one in my room and on the second floor by the elevators.
