Great hotel, clean and very friendly staff! Elisha was great, he was very kind and friendly to our family. Had us laughing as soon as we checked in! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Room needed some work 728. The shower was wet and moldy when we arrived. The wall near the desk and the above mirror looked a little weird and we were nervous that it was accumulating mold as well. Door towel hanger was broken and the bed is too small for the frame. We kept hitting our legs on the frame because it was sticking out so much and we had to move around it to get to other places in the room. Other than that, nice size room,amenities,good customer service, parking is free (get a pass up on check in). We didn't stay for food there. It was a quiet hotel within a great location to grab food and activities. Pricing was fairly decent for a last minute booking.

I stayed at this location because my flight was leaving so early the next morning. Hotel transportation took me too the airport and I got there on time. My only issue was when I got off elevator to my floor it smelled musty...and so did my room. I did visit the fitness room and lobby area and it didn't smell like that...but overall it was fine.

I enjoyed my stay here so much I extended it a day! Everyone at the hotel is so nice and helpful, Elisha helped us out often and always with a beautiful smile on his face! The hotel was located close to everywhere I was going. It is very clean, I’m a bit weird about cleanliness and this place was great!! I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at the Hilton garden inn when we missed our layover between Raleigh and Paris. The hotels staff from Ryan (shuttle) to Elijah (front desk) to cleaning people made our stay extremely pleasant. The business center was easily accessible and the coffee/breakfast was also very solid. The rooms were clean and comfortable with solid AC.

This is a wonderful hotel! Amazing people work there. They were so very helpful anytime our group needed anything. Elvis was our shuttle driver and he was so accommodating and helpful. We all had a great experience.

Very quiet location, room was clean albeit small. The mattress was comfortable but the bed base was so squeaky that it made for a sleepless night, any movement warranted a loud squeak

This location will be my first to pick every time I come to Raleigh area, Elisha was super friendly and great conversation starter, The food was superb and very tasteful. Big shout out to Dominic and Theresa they were outstanding

The rooms are fairly clean, it is in a decent locating. I highly recommend to check the air conditioner to make sure it works. If you do not say something right away they will not help to accommodate your situation. You will only get a, " I apologize for that, we will let maintenance know." At the price of $300 a night they should be more helpful.

Over all our stay has been wonderful! Only issue is a gentleman (I believe his name was Isaiah or something similar but I know there was an 'I' for the first letter) at the from desk kept yelling out 'your card keeps getting declined' to another guest as we were checking in. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that was for the guest just for the guest to come back & say the charge did go through. The front desk person never apologized or showed any empathy.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Everything was fine except for the cheap looking mattresses on the base(see pics).

The hotel not only met all requirements but also provided exceptional service through Elijah (AH-MAY-ZING!) at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and insightful recommendations, tailored to our conversation, were particularly noteworthy. His proactive recognition of my voice upon my late arrival, following prior notification, facilitated a pleasant interaction and revealed shared interests. His subsequent recommendations of healthy, low-fat dining options proved highly accurate. Thank you, Hilton, for this exceptional experience.
