I literally just got home and opened the sub and this is what I got.. basically TRASH! This is ridiculous and beyond unacceptable deli personnel pls do better. Uncomfortable atmosphere. -
Just bought two buckets of fried chicken. You all took the prices up and no longer have a price sticker on the side! I get home and the chicken is wet as hell. Half of the pieces aren’t even fully cooked!! I don’t know who’s responsible for frying the chicken but please stop. I wish I could get my money back or more fresh chicken! -
Normally I have had good to great experiences at Harris Teeter. This particular store is the exception. The cashier was rude and disrespectful by carrying on a conversation with another employee. I asked her to scan the back of my Harris Teeter credit card for discounts and all she could do was roll her eyes as if this was a burden and she did so, reluctantly. -
Great location! It is clean and well organized. The produce is fresh and easily accessible, quite the variety too. You can purchase wine and beer at this location, pretty much anything you need. The staff was very friendly and I am pleased with my shopping experience. -

Although both the exterior and interior décor are visually appealing, the presence of security personnel stationed at the entrance suggests a heightened concern regarding crime levels in Durham.
My son is currently attending a summer program at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham, and I typically pick him up at around 3:30 PM. Since I finish work between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, I often find myself with a few hours to spare, which I usually spend at this Harris Teeter. During that time, I might grab a ready-made salad from the salad bar, purchase a cup of coffee, and sit in the in-store Starbucks browsing my phone.
I am considering bringing my DSLR camera tomorrow to capture a 360-degree panoramic image. At present, there is only one user-contributed panorama of this Harris Teeter on Google Maps, which appears to have been taken with a low-cost Insta360 camera. Interestingly, the contributor identifies themselves as a professional photographer on their Google Maps profile—something I find rather ironic.
