In general, I really like this store. And I've always been a big Harris teeter fan. But I do find that sometimes it's difficult, to find things...
They're just not where you would expect them to be.
And sometimes they're very much obscured in the middle of other products.
The product placement is definitely one place where I think they could improve.
But that may be nitpicking. Because in general the stores are beautiful, very clean, very well stocked, and the staff are incredibly helpful.
I wish that they would patrol the aisles a little more frequently because sometimes when you can't find something you need somebody to help you. And I do find that oftentimes I have to go to the service desk to get somebody to help me.
But again, I give this four stars because I love this market, I just wish that they would pay attention to some of the finer details.
Oh and the prices are really good!

Good selection. Sale items are sold out kind of often. Staff is friendly. Parking is good and easy.

Service and selection is great. HT has always been a bit more pricey than some other grocery chains, but it is convenient and quality is for the most part very good.

Beautiful store, bright, clean, extremely well stocked, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Wonderful produce and meat sections. Definitely my go-to place.

It’s always busy on weekends but it’s the only time I get to go. I always go to self checkout and Juan-Pablo is always so cheerful and friendly. Thanks for the great checkout experience

I stopped here to empty out the main vein. I don't understand how people can sit in a bathroom stall and listen to a podcast on full volume. I feel like I would be too uncomfortable to push out a loaf... with my phone blasting on full volume in a Harris teeter bathroom stall. He was probably just buying time before he inevitably had to wipe with the half ply toilet paper. Anyway, I did buy a 12 pack and a scratcher to show my appreciation for the urinal.
