Edit: I have updated my review as they reached out and provided a solution that I am very happy with. I'm planning to order from them again in the future and am optimistic about the accuracy. I have to agree with the other reviews regarding food consistency when you order online. It is always a gamble and I never know if I'm going to actually get what I order. Today I ordered a scramble bowl from doordash and it did not have half the ingredients I selected and had bacon (I asked for bacon to be removed as I do not eat pork). Unfortunately my food was inedible because of this, and since I ordered through doordash there was not much recourse. I got a $4 refund on an $11 bowl that I can't eat and of course, now don't have lunch. I'd stay away from ordering online if you want to actually get the food that you order as this is not the first time this has happened. I really like their food, but I can't justify ordering from them again when I don't know what I'm going to get or if I'll even be able to eat it.
