Not alot to say. It met my needs for my trip to Durham over the weekend. Seems mostly quite. Easy to get in and out. Rooms seem decent. The fridge doesn't seem as cold as should be, but it worked well enough.

Absolutely the BEST hotel we've stayed at in a while! Kind and accommodating staff, clean, well-maintained rooms, and good breakfast. If we're ever traveling this way again, we will definitely be back! Thank you, Hilton! 💯❤️

Right off interstate 85 the staff is friendly very good chocolate chip cookies at check in i think u gotta ask for them and they are brought to your room i can't remember last time I stayed was just before covid19 but I love this Hampton inn love the Hamptonality makes my appointments at Duke a lot easier

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nice and the staff were probably the most friendly people I have delt with in any hotel. All of them were. Anytime I have to visit that area it will be the only choice I will make to stay.

Great location. Safe parking and a wonderful staff. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was complete and the dining room was clean.the room Was clean and so was the bathroom. What more can you ask for. Well the was Jasmine she was nice and 😊

Nice room. Beware of possible price change while staying there. I bought my reservation through Priceline and paid before I arrived. My parents made their reservation through the hotel. When they went to check out, their bill was a lot more than the quoted nightly charge. They gave them that rate for only the first night and then upped the rate for the second night (due to it being a busy weekend) and again upped it even more the third night. They ended up paying over $200 more than the original quote. Not a nice surprise.

Rooms are clean but the pool was freezing cold. Stay was nice with the exception of a fire alarm going off cause the breakfast prep person was trying to make the bacon crispy.

Hotel looks brand new. Priscilla, front desk person, couldn’t be nicer and helpful. She went the extra mile for us. Great facility and staff.

We had a great stay!. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Denzel... I left my favorite jacket behind, which had me in my feelings. It was recovered, and Denzel walked me through the process of having it shipped back to me. THANK YOU ALL OF YOU!!!!!

My mom stayed here, and enjoyed it. Full hot breakfast- all the comforts you expect at every Hampton Inn. Staff were responsive yet relaxed and efficient.

My husband is a heart transplant patient at Duke Medical Center. I stayed at this hotel many nights, with reservations/dates that sometimes needed to be changed. The front desk staff (especially Courtney) were always kind, helpful, and very accommodating to my needs. The rooms are clean, and the beds very comfortable. We will stay here each time he has a follow up appointment.

Great quick stay. Easy check in after a long drive from Maryland. Courtney at the front desk had awesome energy. Room was very nice and straightforward, though I did give 4 stars as I saw a stain on the pillowcase that I know I didn't put there. Would stay again.

The customer service was immaculate! We checked in a little early and checked out late. They were very accommodating. The rooms can be controlled by the Hilton app: tv, a/c, and lights.

I've stayed at Hilton hotels almost exclusively, and this experience was another good reason why! This was my first trip to North Carolina, so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially after reading some of the older reviews. Check in was a little slow, but that's only because the front desk agent was registering someone who didn't have a reservation already. She was super friendly and apologetic, and overall I wasn't too upset about the delay. My room exceeded my expectations, as well! It was very clean, and the recent upgrades were obvious. My only complaint is the pillows, but this seems to be a Hilton thing, overall, and not hotel specific. I'm not a fan of the feather pillows that go super flat after 30 seconds, with no support at all. I'm sure I can ask for a firmer pillow, I just haven't yet. Overall, Hilton once again did not disappoint! And I'll definitely be back to this particular location next time I'm in town!

Great service and facilities. I'm still having problems with check-in. You not them have to ask for discounts i.e. AARP, etc. This stay was for medical purposes at a local hospital. There was no mention of discounts when there for care at a hospital. An employee mentioned it, and had we had to raise hell to get it because we didn't ask for it when we checked in. How was I to know?

This past weekend we had about 30 rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites .To my surprise there were 2 other groups booked the same weekend . I overheard the front desk say they were completely "sold out ." I would have never known they were at full capacity the customer service was excellent ! Our guests we very pleased with the service and overall hotel appearance , the rooms have all been redone, the staff is very eager to please and the breakfast is pretty impressive . Raven, one of the managers, that I was assigned to last year , provided excellent customer service , her emails were always prompt and provided great support and attention to detail. Tobias was also superior to work with easy to talk to and happy to help . Overall the front desk staff were also very helpful ,and pleasant . I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel the location is also very convenient . It's a 5 star for me

The hotel was very clean, spacious rooms, 58 inch tv. Easy access to downtown Durham. Really great Breakfast selection.

Amazing customer service- had to make an unexpected stop here to avoid Hurricane Helene and accidentally made the reservation for the wrong night. The late night front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and helped make the change very easily. The staff made sure to provide late check out and a quiet room so we could get some good sleep. Then ended up leaving a sentimental necklace when we left. We called, they found the necklace, and held it for the weekend until we could come back. So very helpful and kind!!! Would definitely recommend!

9/24/24 My experience with the staff themselves was pleasant, and dealing with the local manager was also. Unfortunately, my issue was that my truck was broken into. I hope some inside investigation occurs to see if security could have prevented this since apparently it is an epidemic in Durham.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The service throughout my time there was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. One of the highlights of my stay was the hot breakfast. It was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for eggs, bacon, fresh pastries, or a healthy selection of fruits and cereals, there's something for everyone. The breakfast staff was also very efficient, keeping everything well-stocked and the dining area spotless. The room itself was another reason why this stay was so memorable. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. All the amenities, from the plush towels to the modern decor, made me feel pampered and relaxed.😎

I highly recommend this hotel!!! Clean, rooms are beautiful and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good. Convenient location and easy to get to highway. Near downtown Durham.
